The chiral stationary phases in these columns consist of amino acids and their derivatives coated or bound with silica carriers (with a particle size of 10 microns for WH and 3 microns for MA (+)). The chiral selector is a chiral synthetic methacrylate polymer coated with a 10 micron silica caliper. The best chromatographic results were obtained using 100% methanol as the mobile phase.
